It looks like the original deal but there are a lot of rolex vintage Watches assembled wth original parts using era movement so if this one is from eBay I would be careful and ask for a pic of the movement

As said those vintage pieces seem to have aftermarket stuff on them

Not a very common watch to be faked, looks OK but as stated could be a franken, you will have to have it checked thoroughly.
