Icon20 Scratches Explorer II or Milgauss?

Hi all,

I am about to choose my new Rolex. I think both the white Explorer and the white Milgaus looks awesome. But I have experienced that I can not avoid to scratch the watch once in while. With that in mind, wouldn´t you choose the Explorer instead of the Millgaus?

TY in addvance

All the best :-)
Rick

The watch will get scratched no matter the color of the dial. The steel will get scratched anyway, not the dial.

I have both and the Explorer is pretty good at resisting scratches and better than the Milgauss. This is mostly due to brushed bracelet and bezel. Milgauss is a much dressier piece though.

I think the ExpII is the least likely to scratch easily. Both are great watches.

Explorer... The milgauss pcl's are a magnet for scratches.

Thks for your quick answer.
I know the dial wont be scratched, but since the Milgauss is much more glossy than the Explorer, my hypothesis is that it much faster will have a scratchy look.

A scratched explorer bezel could be more difficult to fix though.
