Is there a list here in the forum somewhere of the addresses and phone numbers of the Rolex Service Centers? Or is it best to leave it at an AD for them to ship it off for cleaning. Thanks.

Skip the AD and ship it direct - it will save time and potentially some markup and/or headaches (i.e. AD servicing it locally instead of actual RSC)
