Question here about dials, hands and warranty.

Hi there!

If I exchange my (2014) D2 blue roman number dial and hands, for the one with the blue dial with baton and hands, all this because I need (lume) sometimes to see what time is it on dimm situations.
Will Rolex also exchange my warranty card to a new one displaying the new features ??
BTW, if you will, how much will it cost me ?

Cheers!

MB

PS, of course all this done at an official RSC.

Joe, I don't believe Rolex will make those changes. If your watch was available in that configuration, then maybe it can be done. You will pay for those changes and Rolex will not change or alter the warranty card.

I have no idea of the cost.

You will have to find the dial you need on eBay or find someone who can source one then find a certified watchmaker who is willing to make the swap. Rolex will not let you pay to swap a dial directly from them from what I know

And say good bye to servicing via Rolex directly after you make the switch.

You can still service the watch through them, but they will advice you it has the wrong dial (if it was not available for your model) and include in their service quote the cost of dial for switching it back to the original one (and keep the one you ship it with)
