Back in the mix...but not sure of next move...need help!

After sitting on the sidelines for the last year or so...the new Daytona announcement has gotten the juices flowing again. Been thinking of the following options, would love to hear people's opinions:

Option 1: trade WG skyD (bracelet) for a SS YM2 and new Daytona (when it becomes available)

Option 2: trade WG skyD for a YG YM2

Option 3: trade WG skyD for a WG sub

Option 4: trade WG skyD and AP RG ROO novelty for platona and cash back

Option 5: trade WG skyD and AP 15202 for WG sub or YG ym2 and a new Daytona

Thoughts?

I like it but just doesn't seem to get the wrist time. If for dress, I usually pick up the platinum DD2 or Patek. I tend to wear sportier watches more in any case

If you have to let it go I'd vote for option #1, but you'll probably have to wait a long time for that Daytona.

Keep what you have and add a new ceramic? From your current collection it doesn't seem like you would need to flip any pieces, but it's just an observation.

You like big watches so I would say option 2. The reference has outstanding wrist presence.

I would just add the Daytona --- or REALLY narrow down the trade options...there's A LOT going on there. Lol

1. I'd also sell a couple of SS pieces and get the YG YM2 or WG Sub.

It all depends on the rest of your collection and your lifestyle, but option 1 seems a good option.

Option 4.

To have a Nautilus, a RO, a DSSD and a Platinum Daytona would be amazing.

Platona is something I've been aching to acquire for sometime now. However with the new ceramic Daytona being announced and looking very similar, just hard to justify. If you consider my option 1 vs option 4, basically will be 3 watches (SS ym2, new Daytona, AP RG novelty) for one (platona plus some cash). as much as I want the platona, hard for me to pull the trigger on option 4 when option 1 is available.

Get the platona. Why wait 4 months or longer for a daytona with a ceramic bezel when you can afford one now? Or look at the RG Daytona's on strap, kind of dressy but you could get one now (ceramic) and another YM or whatever.

I understand. But I still hear the Platona calling you. The mere fact that it's an option says it all. Just my opinion.
