Vaping isn't that bad, but ultimately I switched from cigarettes to pipe tobacco. Picked up some blends today. My girlfriend bought me some 60+yr old edgeworth for my birthday. The nicotine from pipes feels a lot cleaner

When someone throws tard on the end of a word it's no different than a racial slur. He's lucky I'm in a good mood.

I don't mind someone smoking or vaping in my neighborhood as long he doesn't blow it in my direction

I toyed around with it and the different flavours for awhile but IMO it doesn't fully replace a cigarette. I do enjoy smoking and where I live, smoking is accepted and part of a culture.
Smoke in restaurants, smoke in cabs, smoke in bars and clubs, smoke in the bank manager's office( he's the one handing out the cigs).

I left cigarettes behind in the 20th century and one of the things that helped me was the thought of how much money I was wasting, 1 to 2 packs a day for the last couple of years of the habit. I don't have the mental energy to try to calculate what money I didn't waste since then but I could say easily it is enough to pay for a nice 5513.
How much does the equivalent of a pack a day habit cost with vaping? edit** Quick calculation of $3 a day for 16 years = $17,520. Put a nice 1675 next to that 5513 |

Well, $10 a week is cheap enough to not be an incentive. In a way that's too bad but if it proves to be less harmful and it's cheaper then I'm glad for the users.

I switched to vaping after a period of 20+ years hardcore smoking (3 plus packs of 20s per day). Do i feel better? Oh yes.

Yes
Mini Volt and a bottle of Nana Cream waiting for my yakitori order to arrive in Kabukicho now. I quit smoking 15 years ago and took up cigars recreationally and about a year ago gradually switched to this for fun. I'm a gadget freak and running with 3mg nic, no worries of getting hooked. Pick my poisons carefully.

When I quit, I put a $10 bill into a cash box every morning for a pack of cigarettes I would have bought. On nights I went out, I put an additional $10 because I would have bought another pack of cigarettes that night. did it for about 6 months before I opened up an account that I could transfer the money each day instead of cash. I saved over $4k that year. Cigarettes are close to $15 a pack now. I couldn't imagine paying that much to contribute the habit |
