BLNR on Everest Blue

Had a few requests for pics, so here they are. I do believe it is a nice, comfortable band, however I think it is priced a little high. If it wasn't for my wife telling me to go ahead (to conserve the bracelet) I probably wouldn't have purchased as I couldn't get over the mental barrier of the price. I realise this is strange as the watch is a luxury item, but I found the price very hard to get over for what is fundamentally a piece of rubber - yes I understand R&D and the costs for stocking a rather niche item etc. But it is a good item and I can't fault it so far (only a few days on the watch). And their shipping, although expensive, was fast and efficient, and the packaging was exceptional. But I would forego all that for something a bit cheaper :)

Finally I must comment on the color - it is a tad dark (for my tastes). I appreciate I am in the minority, and MOST would like the darker colour as it certainly dissolves on the wrist. It doesn't stand out - yes it is blue, but it is a dark shade of blue. I personally would like a few notches brighter (I also wear a bright green strap on another watch), but appreciate the darker colour makes it work with more than just the BLNR. I would have been ecstatic if it was the same shade as the blue on the bezel, but as it is, it is just a few shades darker. It is not unpleasant in any way, this is just a personal observation.

It really brings out the blue on the bezel.

Nice. How's the quality of the buckle? I have the one that uses the existing clasp. While it looks good, would appreciate some adjustability.

Nice if you are trying to make the watch more casual. I do find the bracelet looks the best tho.

I think it is currently $250 inc express shipping.

The buckle looks very nice. It is the same colour as the lugs - slightly off grey for want of a better description, but it does appear to match quite close to the unpolished colour of the lugs.

I think it looks great. If I add a BLNR in the future, I'll do the same.

It looks nice for the BLNR with a blue rubber band.
Frankly speaking, I would like to wear the BLNR with the original bracelet.
