hi I have specified for them not to touch dial of hands. The bracelet is stretched and they wanted £900 for a new one plus the kept the old one so I politely declined.
Micheal Young or Seth at the watch dealer are going to get the job to restore the strap when it returns

Very nice. Is the watch new to you or have you owned it for a while?

Hi Soleless I have had the watch 10 years,, I bought it off a guy who was left it in a will..(Hang onto your hats) Paid £800 for it. It came with box and original receipt but no papers..
Thats part of the reason for the service so I have proof of originality.
