We were talking watches yesterday and one of my friends pulled out his "offshore".

Now I don't want to insult him and because I am not 100 % sure I was hoping that one of you guys could help me out here.

Or this is a very special piece..
Or it's not even worth looking at it..

The pushers, the 2 and 3...??

My alarm bells are ringing..

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT HERE?

He's not trying to sell me the watch or something like that and this friend has many good high end watches so to have a fake one is not his style. Therefore I am confused. Maybe he got ripped off.

Also a pic of my 2014 Navy.

I am getting the 44mm steel/ceramic soon :-)

Love AP!

Cheers!

Nice watch apart from the cluttered words on the subdials.

The ROO uses a modular movement, with a chronograph module on top of the time/date base unit

So 2 things can be easily seen if you handle the watch:
1) the date disc is sunken relative to the dial
2) from the side, the chrono buttons and crown do not line up on the same plane
