Lugs
So a prevoius post got me thinking, is it normal to have ceratin movement on the lugs on the ROO? Mine has a small gap as you cam see in the pic. Based on the positon the gap is either that or nothing, I got my OEM strap installed locally and now wonder if it was not properly installed.

I've handled quite a few Roos, and will say that I HAVE seen that before. Exactly like yours. Just a few times though.
More often than not, the lugs sit flush, however. Not sure what exactly would/does cause this. I wouldn't worry all that much, because like I said I've seen it before - however I am a little picky and if I had the OPTION, I would prefer that the metal plots sit flat/stationary and do not "move." I honestly don't think it was installed improperly for instance, or that there is much of anything that you can do. Do the metal plots act the same way when the hornback strap is installed? About the most you could probably do it complain to AP and have them send you a replacement set of metal plots, and try that? (Hope I didn't upset you, and sorry if I scared/worried you, or made you annoyed with your watch.) I'm sure the other helpful gents will pipe in with some opinions and options here soon! Regards |

Not at all, I love the watch but you got me thinking a bit, this dosen't change anything, honestly I haven't even notice it until today , but it would be good to know if its "ok" or not.
