I would wear it every day i could.. Why not, that is what they are made for. Just wouldn't put it through too rigorous of a day.

I would wear it, not to bed though. Everything has radiation.. Bananas, bricks, airplanes, volcanoes, etc.

Had some parts come in today including a dial - equivalent of one dental Xray per hour.

hmmm...that's probably a bit more uSv/h than I care to bargain with.

hypothetically speaking, if the new radium hands/dial are installed on the same watch & the watch is worn daily, does the one dental X-ray per hour factor still apply or does the crystal & case shielding come into effect & reduce that direct radiation output?

The crystal and case will reduce the emission, though how much I am not sure. Certainly still more than my 2 year later Tudor.

In several layers of packaging and in my storage box I use for hot pieces, the outside of the box registers .25 u/sv which is less than some locations people live their lives.
