I went through the 'Bronze Age' of wanting one. Even found very good quality Bronze German made Pilot watches at very reasonable prices. Then I suddenly thought why Bronze ??? Now it has gone away !

mixed emotions- some things I like, some I don't think I like but it might grow on me - wish it had a matching metal bracelet option - just prefer metal over straps personally
congrats - might be a collectible one off with the double 9 |

Interesting opinions. I keep going back and forth on the bronze. I like the look of the Panerai Bronzo with its history and who knows if the Tudor Bronze will create a history of its own. I put a deposit down on one, so we will see how I feel when it actually arrives at the AD.

What I keep going back and forth on is the same thing I did on the blue Pelagos. Thought I had to have it. Have the first one on hold at my ad. And then I saw the blue in person and did not like it as much as I thought I would.
This one I think I will like. But it will come down to price. I do not think that I am willing to pay msrp for the watch. Which is what happens if you say you want the first one. So I may pass for now and wait for a discount. Have some time to figure it out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Different but not my style. If I'm going to wear that tone it's going to be gold.

I like the look and wil be anxious to see one in person. Don't mind the patina as the rest in the collection are stainless.

I liked this watch a lot when it was announced and saw some pictures.
Now, not so much and I will likely pass. It would have been my first Tudor.

I really like it, and I do like bronze in general. I don't think I'd wear one daily, but I think bronze sports watches work better than in gold. I think I'd buy one as like a 3rd or 4th watch (which probably isn't uncommon here), but I have some others higher up on the list.
Will be curious how the BB patinas, I know they said it's supposed to be an alloy that is more "controlled and even", but not sure what that really means. |
