Which Datejust 2?

Which Datejust 2 would you get? Am wanting to eventually add one of these to my collection. Always had my mind set on the SS fluted bezel black dial white sticks. I tried a friends TT champagne dial fluted bezel one and it confused me. Never been a fan of TT but I have to admit it does look good. It would also mean I have variety in my collection as all my pieces are black dial watches. The current collection is:
16610 Sub
116710 GMT
116660 Deepsea
233 Panerai

Is the two tone an option or is it still looked at as a older gents piece? (I am 37).
Is it more dressy then the black dial Datejust?
Opinions please.

Which Datejust 2?

If you want to get DJ in TT might as well get the DJ 41, it's already out in the boutique, I was in Rolex Sydney boutique yesterday and they just received it

Sorry for the bad picture, I wish I had taken a much better one

Wow, nothing about the two tone on an oyster bracelet looks old to me. They are beautiful watches, imho. Personally of all the DJIIs I've seen I still would choose the fluted blue stick. The two tone would be my next choice and its appeal continues to grow on me!!! I would likely choose a different two tone however as there are more attractive dial from my pov. Of the two you've shown I'd probable go with the black.

Try the black dial TT, black and gold is a killer combo, and more modern than champoo.

The TT DJ41s are out now as well, check out the stunning chocolate dial.

That is also an option. But still want opinions on the black dial SS or TT.

Given your collection I think a two tone addition would be great. I would wait a few more weeks and the TT Datejust 41 will be available. Go for that one!

In SS its blue stick dial all the way. In two tone the only correct choice is the green Roman

For what it's worth, I saw 17 yr old kid (a bagger at my grocery store) with what I though was a bluesy. Upon closer look, it was an invitca homage piece. I guess he likes the style. I'm not knocking him for his watch which hopefully will be the first in a long collection to come. Point being, 17 year old kid was rocking a TT watch. It's just not a look for older distinguished gents. I've seen a lot of the sub 25 crowd wearing gold or TT Michael Kors style watches lately. I bought my TT sub at 34 and love it. As someone else mentioned, if your looking TT, look at the DJ 41. I know I've been.

If I was in the market, and I may be, I would go with the silver face sticks. I already have a couple of black face watches and one blue.

I've got the black stick fluted and love it. Can go wrong with basic black; however, you seem to have that color covered. Therefore, I suggest a white or silver face DJII fluted.

First of all you need to ask yourself to narrow down your choices, do you need lume or not?
If not, those roman letter are great, but if you do then sticks and arabics are the way to go.
Based on my personal survey (read: my personal). In ss version, blue stick is the most bought followed by black stick and black/dark grey dial roman.
