WTB: 116710 GMT Master II

I'm in the US, more specifically Texas.

I'm going to spend the rest of the year trying to find the right deal on the following:

-116710 GMT Master II
-Complete New in Box
-2015-16

Here's what I've done thus far:
-Reserached models and prices online
-Drooled on keyboard and screen
-Tried a few option in store
-Drooled on actual pieces
-Slept on it
-Made inquiries via email at AD's in Montana, Oregon, Delaware and New Hampshire (no state sales tax?)

My thoughts (feedback welcome as I don't know what I'm doing):
-Selling for as low as $6800, but from Unauthorized sellers overseas.
-Unauthorized dealers in the US appear to be in the $7500 range.
-I've heard some AD's offer discounts, and I would prefer to buy from an AD.
-It would be great if I could find an AD in Texas to work with in person.
-Because I'm looking for a great deal, it may be that I have to order from out of state to avoid a sales tax.
