What do you say about the price for this datejust model

I'm pretty new to this forum. I'm about to purchase my brand new Rolex Datejust 116234 with blue sun-burst dial and stick index.
The seller and me came to a price from 5800€
The listed official price of this modell here in Germany is 7300.
My question to you guys is, what do you think about this price. Is it a good deal? It's almost 20% off.
Ofc. you will get box and paper, 5 years warranty and it is from an authentic seller as well.
