NICE....complements the black dial very well! I might be a bit "biased" in favor of leather because I have at least 7 that I rotate among for my 16610 (and also have NATOs)

Looking great! I'm a big fan of Subs and leather straps to keep it interesting. My preference is saddle or deep brown with contrast stitching.

from a practical standpoint, a leather strap on a Submariner doesn't quite make sense unless the wearer never intends on going into the water.

Oyster & NATO are seemingly logical choices. leather is probably more of a fashion statement... just saying.

There is utility there too. A leather strap will always be more easily adjustable over steel ... even with the glidelock system.

Perhaps, although I limit my selections to water-resistant straps.

Agree it's not the most practical on a dive watch...but I still love it!

Not for me, I prefer the bracelet. If you like it than all is well and you made a good purchase

I'm a Rolex bracelet guy. I just can't find a strap/case combo that looks better than an oyster bracelet. Pics are great though!

Looks Good! I still always prefer the bracelet but the right leather sometimes gives a nice look.

While the Oyster is the best on a Sub. Its fun to change it up.

They look nice, but for me a dive watch if not on a bracelet need to be on rubber.

Come summer I don't wear leather; during the winter when watches won't see water it's a different story. All look great!!!!

It's lovely but the black strap draws much attention away from the beauty of the black watch head. If your case has exposed lug holes and you're after a rustic look then try a distressed leather strap with a dark brown or tan finish.
