That is a very strong price, especially for head only. Hands appear a different shade from dial, implying that they've been replaced. Crown is correct. Crystal appears aftermarket. Dial is generally ok, but tritium is flaking on the 9 o'clock index and detracts visually somewhat from the overall appearance. 2.45 is very iffy for metres first range in many members books here. Generally, 2.2M and below is acknowledged to the the undisputed MF range. Of course, it's not impossible as some watch needed to be the last watch, you know?

So, between asking price, condition, and (lack of) completeness and provenance, this doesn't add up to a solid BUY recommendation, at least for me.

That being said, if the price were substantially lower, then that consideration could argue for a buy. But in one sentence, condition and price do not match up here.

Picture 4: right hand lug is soft and rounded compared to the opposite. Would pass on that alone.

OP said it came with a 9315, a new bracelet runs USD500+, so there's that. Agree with other points but even more - I'd want to see the hands in a different position so they're not obscuring the lettering, anything could be going on under there

Maybe for a Maxi.

The real differentiator is the condition. Best condition will fetch the best price, ahead of when the dial was made.
