The New Piaget Polo S

Seems like a combination of AP and PP. great looking watch no question but i don't know if it can justify it's price.

Also it seems like Piaget rolled out production really fast on this one.
Are they expecting a huge it on this ? Overproduction will create a ton of deals on this if it does not live up to expectations.

I've asked about the movement but the salesperson was still uninformed since it was a new model. It has an exhibition back looks nice though, according to them the power reserve is around 50 hrs.

To be frank this design took the worst aspects of Gerald Genta's design and created a watch that in my view no sane man would wear.

Their choice of Ryan Reynolds says it all, it is a metrosexual watch and quite frankly holds zero appeal for me.

The dial, hands and date position is a rip off of the ladies version of the Nautilus (7118). The case looks like it was taken from the Aquanaut and the bracelet looks like it was taken from the Cartier Ballon Bleu.

All in all, this has to be one of the oddest watches released in recent history. I am not sure what the folks at Piaget were thinking. From a design perspective, this is the Hyundai or Kia of watches. Yikes.

Ugliest watch I've seen in a long time. I dislike every aspect of it.

I like the photographs and want to see it in person and try it on. As far as buying it, I would need it pre-owned or 30-40% of from an AD. Other wise I think you would take a beating in trying to sell or trade.
