Rolex Purchase

Gentlemen,

Is anybody aware of a Rolex AD who will give 20-30% off a new stainless steel Rolex?

Thanks

Not i, yet maybe 10%, and if lucky, 15%. You could travel to Italy/Germany/etc and find a good discount, and then get VAT back that adds to that discount so perhaps 25% or thereabouts.

Yes but only after years of building relationships and a lot of money spent.
If it's a first or second purchase I think you'd be VERY lucky to get 10-15% (depending on the model). Subs and GMTs, not so much.

15-18 sure 20-30 isn't happening unless it's a disco model. At that point Rolex allows those levels of discount.

Never heard of anyone getting that unless they are a big PM customer that the AD is giving the discount as a thank you. Essentially an investment in their relationship.

Appreciated all, what would be reasonable discount on deepsea or deapsea d-blue? Can you recommend particular good AD? You can PM me if you feel particular AD can do well?

Have you looked at the sales forum here?

20-30% on a SS sport piece, isn't going to happen.

Is it just me but unless it's a AD I have a great business relationship with I don't think I would be expecting any discount. When I buy something of substantial value I just assume I'm going to pay "sticker" price. This is the first place I have seen people wondering where to get percentages off of goods just because. 🤔

Well this doesn't add up to 20% but I went to Canada for vacation and bought SubC Date and with the slight discount and exchange rate I was at a bit over $7400 and retail around me is $8550 I believe. By my math it's about a 13% savings and that was out the door. So even if you get 20% off at an AD local you still have sales tax. Which around me is like 9% so I am still ahead I believe. Hope this helps.

Hahahahahaha NO! Especially not in PA, ADs are few and fair between in less populated areas. A lot of demand. Yly probably won't get that big of discount on even a Breitling. If you've heard of any places on the US though that do, I'll be buying a plane ticket ASAP

If you think about it pre-owned, out of warranty current model stainless pieces aren't even 20-30% off msrp, so no way new from AD. Think about this, has anyone in the US ever gotten a 114060 for $5250? Never as a standalone purchase. If you did it's because they rearranged the discount on paper from one of your concurrent purchases to your hypothetical Sub

I think you can easily get a 5%..10 % is kind of difficult but it can happen. for more than 10 % you have to be very very lucky.

A new customer, single purchase on a SS SUB, SS GMT, SD, DSSD, I doubt you will get any discount at an AD. You may get a 10% 20% on a steel and gold Sub or GMT. On a DBlue good luck finding one.

Hi, come to Sri Lanka and enjoy a great holiday plus 15-20% off for anything at the two local ADs. No VAT too.

In the UK you can save the VAT. The vat is 20% which equates to 16% off RRP. I bought my two ss sports watches, an SD4K and BLNR for 1.6K and 1K less respectively. Do this when leaving Europe at Heathrow airport at the Rolex AD. They won't reserve or hold stock so you have to be lucky

Weren't you from PA earlier? You probably won't find a D Blue, let alone get a discount on one.

I live in PA. I got 20% off of a datejust. My family knew the owner for over 60 years. sadly he closed. Might be a good thing, I would be bankrupt by now
