6694 all good?

Hi, a little while back, I posted a listing to a midsize 6466 that I had interest in, however, after doing some searching, I saw the same watch come up on a different listing, which made it an automatic no go. Found this watch though, and I like it. Looks like a pawn shop is selling it.

My question is: is it all real? To me it looks 100% but I want those with more knowledge to give their opinions. Obviously I plan to barter the price down

Lastly, if it is all legit, what should I pay for this watch, at the most?

It looks ok to me but is certainly way way way over priced. $1500-1700 is the current market value for that watch. I recently bought one in this price range that is in better condition than the one you have listed.

I like this one, and it seems to be pretty modern, 80s?? Going to try and give them a best offer in that range and see what happens. If they don't accept..search continues.

Yes, that serial range is 1981. Mine is a 1977 above. If they dont accept, talk to Dickson Tai out of Hong Kong. He has a lot of 6694s in amazing condition and in the price range they should be sold at.

Really? I always worry about buying anything of value from overseas. Just so worried about being scammed with a fake/franken, or not getting anything at all after sending $.

Dickson is a well known seller on here. He is under DTwatches. My transaction with him was flawless
