What can you say about NOMOS?

I like the Bauhaus designs of NOMOS and I especially like the 35mm Orion.

It has an in-house movement, according to the site, and I've heard good things about them.

I also think the NOMOS watches are priced well.

I can say I really like them. Serious watch company with a sense of humor. Check out some of there marketing. Have bought two this year. An Orion 38 for myself and a Club for my son. Hands down the most accurate watches in the house. Both run under -2 sec a day. Be sure to try them on. I have a 7.375 wrist and I can just pull off the 38mm. If I bought it again it would be the 35mm. Great watch and outstanding value. Good luck and post some photos if you get it.

Best value out there in my opinion. Nestled in Glashütte by ALS and GO and their quality rubs off. I have a Orion 36 datum and my new one is sitting at the AD waiting to be picked up. Accurate, simple/clean, top shelf craftsmanship. I hope they stay a boutique type brand and keep quality and prices where they are.

I am very impressed by Nomos! Love the Bauhaus design and the investment in making their own movements, for a very reasonable price point! The Tangente keeps calling me :)

The Orion is a very sleek looking piece, apparently it's very popular with Nomos designers.

I really like the Orion 35mm. Beautiful simple watch. Extremely comfortable on the wrist and a very good timekeeping. In house manual wind movement with nice display back. IMO you can't do better for the price.

I used to own a Tangente...loved it! You can't go wrong with the Orion. I think it's the best looking one in thier collection.

I've owned the Ludwig 38 for a couple years now, and I can honestly say i Love it. It only gets wrist time on the weekends unfortunately because my daily beater is a rolex date just. I have a fairly strenuous job and don't want to scuff up the pretty Nomos.

Only ever heard good things about the brand. Hope to own one one day. IMO the orion is the best that they have to offer.

I can say I like the design but overall find only a few models I would actually wear... I owned the Zurich and I could see myself with it again down the road.

They are nice pieces but don't "feel" super robust in build quality... for example when setting the time, the hands feel super easy (almost too loose and don't have that tight feel I like).

Happy with my Club Datum.. Looking to add a Worldtimer to the stable.. I've been quite impressed with their STRAPS of all things lol. High quality with a great selection for an affordable price. Sorry I don't have comments for the Orion, but as a brand I've been pretty satisfied.

I have a 6.5inch wrist and I bought the 38mm. Absolute thing of beauty. Easy strap change, I fit 20mm straps on it although the specs are for a 19mm lug width. Really bang for buck and this is a piece that I will not let go...

Congratulations a really great watch and company. I also like how a Orion dresses down with a vintage strap.

My local watchmaker just became the first Canadian AD for Nomos so I had recently had a chance to be up close with them. Personally, I find them to be an excellent value. Finishing at a level better than peers.

If I were to choose one to buy, it'd be the Zurich Weltzeit - although they have a lot of pieces I'd love to own!
