At least you admit it. Many people here absolutely love to say they don't care about the name when in reality it's the primary reason they bought the watch.

That's a very good watch! Don't mind me asking.. isn't that 31mm and a women's watch (but looks great on your wrist)??

31mm???? NO WAY. It's 32. The women's size is 26mm. Anyways I prefer 32 - 36mm cases for myself.

31.8 X 5.5 mm is the official size, so yeah nearer to 32! If it was near 36, would have considered for myself as it looks great!

Looks very nice, I have been recommending these when someone wants something more dressy, the RG choco dial is very beautiful too.

Hi,

Congratulations - a great choice ! Although I would naturally say that, since I've got the exact same model which I purchased new almost ten years ago now. Like yourself, I just loved the decorated mother-of-pearl dial, and how subtle it is compared to basically every other MOP dial I've ever seen. Anyway, mine says hello !

I've decided, for now, that the ideal combination is a SD4000 and a Cellini. Those two watches cover all bases.

That actually looks pretty good. Personally I couldn't care less what name is on the dial, but if it makes you happy that's all that maters.

The watch got a clean bill of health from the Rolex Service Center with a recommendation for a servicing soon. The best part was changing the strap from its tattered original brown strap to a nice green alligator. Ready to rock.
