Cost of replacement strap from Rolex?
Hi All,
I am curious to know the cost of a replacement SS/YGjubilee strap from Rolex? I know everybody recommends Michael Young, which is where I will be going when the time arrives, but I am curious to see how much the saving is (I believe Michael Young would be ~$400 for a Jubilee including all postage etc?) Thanks! |

A couple years ago I sent my 1601 to RSC for service and they quoted me a replacement bracelet at $4700. No joke. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Cost of replacement strap from Rolex?
I got a quote from Young for my TT Jubilee, a few days ago: "The price for the band restoration is USD180 for steel bands and USD250 for 2 tone bands, plus return EMS/Fedex postage USD33^ and (optional insurance for 2% of desired insured value). PAYMENT via PayPal when done to [email protected] in approx. 4-6 weeks. But this is just a general approximation, we are a small workshop and have little man power, so please be a little patient since sometimes it takes longer.
For very worn jubilee bands with stretched or dented gold/sliver center loops, we can replace with original loops based on request. Pricing is USD30 per loop or USD25 if over five pcs is required." Currently there are allegedly authentic two tone jubilee bracelets on eBay between $650 (14ct no clasp) to $1,995 (18ct with clasp). Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Just as an FYI, I am talking about a 90's 16233 Date Just.
If it's $4.5k at Rolex, then I understand the ~$400 to MY. Can anybody else shine a light on the Rolex prices? |

I have the same watch X model (1991) I spent about $600 on a used but good condition jubilee with some stretch. Sorry, I don't know what Rolex would charge, my guess is that they'd want to do a full service and not just replace the band. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

You can get a used jubilee on eBay for like $600 in quite good condition. Id go MY but it would take longer.
