Its hard to tell from the picture, but it appears that the end link/cap has a gap between it and the case (correct?). If so, yes, its a simple fix that I have done myself on non-solid end link bracelets. If you are fairly mechanical, you can push the end cap back in place. On the other hand, that watch looks like it is in great condition, so perhaps you would want a watchmaker to do that for you....

Looks to me like normal bracelet stretch which happens over time. Consider sending it to Michael young in Hong Kong.

Not normal. Post a picture of the back of the endlink. Could be a simple fix such as in incorrectly-sized spring bar.

Am I at risk of it breaking? Should I stop wearing it? Thanks

If the spring bars are still strong then it should be ok.
If you really worried take to an AD and get it looked at. |

It can be remedied by taking of the bracelet and reshaping the end links a bit. Probably need to "press in" the slots for the springbar on the bracelet to eliminate the play. Get help if you aren't sure how it should be shaped, any vintage watchdealer know how to do it.
I would address it as the bracelet is most definitely scratching on the serial number surface
