ROC 26320 - black or white?

Hi all,

Further to my earlier thread I have managed to try on a Royal Oak Chrono with white dial. Which was amazing! Seriously tempted.

I haven't managed to see a black dial in person, and am wondering if I need to do this before making a decision.

I have seen and worn a 15400 in black and white, and prefer black in 15400 but seem to prefer white in 26320.

I am sure the black vs white for this model has been done many a time before, but I'd be keen to hear any thoughts and see any pictures!

I had the white but didn't like the subdial rings I found, so I'd go black esp on SS for a nice contrast.

Black is definitely sexier...really brings out the watch case and the bracelet in contrast...

black accents really well with it, gives it a more aggressive look

My vote is for the white dial...although I am a little biased

I recently tried both on and have to say I prefer the white. The silvery white dial brings out the tapisserie pattern of the dial more so than in the black version, and the watch looks ultra classy. Good luck deciding!

I have to agree with this. I've seen the black and white and I feel exactly the same about the white accentuating the depth and bevels of the dial. With the black it feels a little flat.

I'm looking into a AP RO and so far I'm going with white/silver.

Thanks chaps, have tried the white/silver on but not seen black in the flesh yet.....

Prefer the white/silver based on pictures but impossible to say until you've seen them in the flesh

Really liked the sub dials on the white, and the way they pop under the light! Similar to the daytona sub dials on the black face 116520

Lovely watch. Very tempted!

Are the sub dials on that different to some of the others? I have noticed on some pictures the sub dials are more white and others more silver?

Wow, looks bigger - it fits your wrist perfectly!

I had a 15300 for a while and found the 39mm fitted me well too actually.

I have had a curveball thrown into the equation and am about to start a thread on it

Yea I have a smaller wrist (6.75ish) and it does fit perfect. Wears closer to a 40mm tbh. I read your other thread and I say hold out for the ROC. It is only a couple months and who knows, you might be able to source a good deal during that time!

Wearing my black dial ROC today. Love this watch, and though I prefer it in black, it is equally gorgeous in white. Personally, I opt'd for black since I have a white dial Daytona.
