TT GMT II or 18K Gold
Well here it goes....... My latest purchase was the SS GMT IIc. Well, I'm either going to get the TT GMT II or The All Gold GMT II.
Just not sure which one to get next since they are both awesome.... Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you can afford it go all gold, unless you sell the SS GMT. Then I would have both TT and solid gold.

If you can do it, get the all gold. Why not? There are a lot less of them and it will always be special.

Get the SG because if there is a price hike it would be hit the hardest.

What suits your style best? Do you see your self wearing All Gold watches, if yes then get it! If not the SS/YG is a great way to go... suits every occasion perfectly... not to flash!
Good Luck and keep us posted.

I've owned both and if you can swing it.....
I heartily recommend the solid gold. Mine's a year old now, and it is great. Wearing it now. |

I'm so tempted to get the GMT IIc TT as my next....If $$ not an issue then I'd definitely go 18K YG...more bling, more weight, and yes, if the price increases again...it would be hit the hardest (dollar wise)
Just curious, what would be a fair out the door price for both the TT and YG from AD in the US? I was thinking maybe 8K for the TT and 18K for the YG? Is that possible? Tks |

I find the GMT-IIC to be the ideal travel watch and I'm personally a bit antsy about traveling in unknown places with an 18kt gold watch showing. That's why I'd suggest an entirely different watch from what you already own. Use the SS GMT for travel and get a gold Sub or Cosmo for local use.

I doubt you can come to these prices at an AD or even on the GM. You'll pay $20K for the YG model at Swiss Luxury. 10% off the $25,550 list would be good where I live.

Get the TT. I think it's the best TT watch Rolex makes.

If you're keeping the SS one, get the YG.

Two nice choises...The YG is'n all that bling compared to the TT, the two colors of the TT can seem more "messy" than the warm gold blending with your skin, but does attract much more attention. The brushed gold is soooo soft and even normal desk surfing will give it battle scars. I love both though ;-)

Get the 18k gold, since you have the SS already.
If you didn't have an SS, I'd say get the TT because, at least to me, 18K watches are only good for suits, tuxes, etc. TT goes with pretty much everything. But again, that's just my opinion.
