advance 11 hours or go back 1?
I'll be going from eastern to central time zones tomorrow. Is it OK to set my Rolex back one hour, or is it better to advance it 11 hours? Is it true you shouldn't set your watch back because the movement isn't supposed to go backwards?

Oh, and it's a three hander with no date, so there's no problem with date.

Time and date can be set in either direction with no issues.

On a Rolex it is not an issue.
However, on some other watches it is "recommended" to only go clockwise as a precaution. Even still, usually not an issue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

I always wind back or forward depending if I'm going back or forward in timezones. Wouldn't want to have a twlilight zone thing going on when I get off the plane.
