This is a beautiful and also really interesting collection. The 5711, unique 15300, and Daytona are out of this world. May I ask, do you have an overall checklist, like specific pieces (GMT, gold, diver, etc), or are you just buying what you like?

Also, did you consider consolidating some pieces, instead of the Portofino? For example, I assume you could have flipped the Reverso, maybe another piece, and some cash for a gold JLC dresswatch- just curious to see how the mind of a fellow collector works. Again, lovely collection.

Thanks! I started off with the aim of three and that was the Speedmaster, sub and a Reverso ( weekend sports, holiday diver, and a dress watch)

Unfortunately didn't stop there and stepped it up to the Patek and others. No real checklist now- trying to keep it to a few nice watches that I can wear regularly.

I would always have a Reverso so won't have flipped it. I did find a JLC master in rose gold and the price was right but the look wasn't. The blue seconds hand take away from the watch in my opinion.

Don't know where I go from here pretty content ( till Basel)
