I recently bought my first watch EVER sight unseen and via the internet - after decades of buying new only from walk-in retail ADs - from seller Matt ( aka mdgrwl ) , a BNIB IWC Mark XVIII LPP Pilot Chrono 377714 , sourced from a US AD with my name and my date of purchase on its warranty card .

You can imagine my trepidation , but after pleasant phone chit-chatting with Matt , all my questions and concerns were thoroughly addresed .

He answers all his emails right away and it was obvious by his follow up on a shipper hic-up that he is all about 100% complete customer satisfaction as demonstrated by his getting on top of that issue immediately and resolving it personally vs leaving me to deal with it !

My only disappointment after this experience is that there are very few local ADs with his level of service !

I trust him completly and recommend him highly !
