I suppose you could try and ask your trusted RSC yourself how they would handle an outside enquiry, but from what I have seen from responses from experienced people on this forum.

The only way forward will be to take the watch into the RSC personally as they don't tend to give information over the phone without being able to sight the watch themselves.

Thank you that is the hard part I'm in So Cal and the watch is in Dallas.
No worries I completely trust my AD I just think he messed up on this one lol
Wish he would of verified before sending it out.

Wow never thought of that ....
good question

For reference, there is a Rolex RSC in Beverly Hills. You can walk in without an appt.

I will have to look into that I was under the impression that even the Beverly Hills did not do the work but were authorized to take your watch and send it in. Looking on the Rolex website for service centers it says that the Palm Desert store is an RSC but when you go in there they say no they send them in to the service center. But I will call Beverly Hills and find out for sure , I'm down to drive a couple of hrs to cave my watches worked on and deal directly with a service center. Thank you

So if the watch was serviced in 2014, then you simply refuse the service and they send the watch back to the AD and you pick it up. From that point forward you never even poke your head in that AD again, at least not to actually buy something. And if they ask why your response is "Because you lied to me about when the watch was serviced in order to make a buck."

Keep in mind the RSC in Beverly Hills is the location on Wilshire. The other locations on the map are stores.

Not sure, I went in to get a 2nd hand watch looked at, verified not stolen and checked last service...all of which can be done on the spot. But to your question, you can walk in and deal directly with Rolex (BH being closest to you).

Sounds like you don't need the service anyways.
