I never deal with AD's. I send direct to servicing department.

I will have to look into that I was under the impression that even the Beverly Hills did not do the work but were authorized to take your watch and send it in. Looking on the Rolex website for service centers it says that the Palm Desert store is an RSC but when you go in there they say no they send them in to the service center. But I will call Beverly Hills and find out for sure , I'm down to drive a couple of hrs to cave my watches worked on and deal directly with a service center. So if the watch was serviced in 2014, then you simply refuse the service and they send the watch back to the AD and you pick it up. From that point forward you never even poke your head in that AD again, at least not to actually buy something. And if they ask why your response is "Because you lied to me about when the watch was serviced in order to make a buck."
