Caseback Numbers Vintage Daytona

Greetings,

I have just recently taken an interest in vintage Daytona's and have realized there is much to learn. I have a quick question for people with more experience than me. Would a 6265 Daytona with a 6265 reference number on the case been issued by Rolex with a 6239 caseback or would this 6239 caseback been non-original to this watch. If it would be non-original to the watch would it greatly affect the overall value of the watch if the remainder of the watch was original. Thank you for your time
