Which one will you take?

hi everybody here, will you pay $11188 for a ss zenith daytona without paper or $14000 for one with paper? Price difference is about $2800.

It's a tough choice bubba!
I'd go for the one without papers (try to get it down to 11K), unless way down the line you're planning to sell it. In that case get the one with papers.
I don't know about your finances but $2800 in this economy is $2800....

Yes US$2800 is a lot just for an expired paper. That is why i am considering.

Unless your planning to sell it later on, I would go for the one without papers. It is kinda a waste I think to purchase with papers when there is nothing you can do with them. Like what you said, they're expired (in other words, out of date) after all.

Or you can try to negotiate the price down a little more for the one with papers.

This is what I would do.
Take the one without papers after a little bargain session.
If/when you decide to sell it go to a RSC and get it serviced or get a service estimate.
Service papers should be almost as good as the original.

What do you guys think?

True but I probably wouldn't value the service papers as high as you would think when compared to the original papers.

About 25% more for an expired warranty paper is way too much (considering condition is equal). Better get it serviced for a few hundred bucks and get the RSC papers if you would want to sell in the future.

I agree with SKSeoul as well. Just have it serviced for a few hundred bucks.
