Icon20 Rolex submariner

I recently received a rolex submariner as a gift (without box and papers) as this is my first rolex. I am a bit confused about it. Its serial number starts with "F" which was a 2003 model but still has rolex engraved on the rehaut which was started in 2010 i guess. A day before i even opened the straps to check the model number on the 12'o clock but its blank.. can anyone help me with identifying the model number and tell me if its a fake?

Look at a close-up pic of a dial on a real one. You'll see the font and spacing on yours are all wrong (and sloppy). The thickness of the hands is wrong. The spacing of the serial in the rehaut is wrong. Basically, lots of things wrong.

Ask your self, would the person who gave it to you be likely to gift a 25-30k watch?

That's a great gift. I hope it didn't cost more than 2 rupees.

He can... But i seriously doubted this one! I dont own a rolex but have been a fan since i was 15.

I asked cuz i dont want to wear a fake. I'd rather wear a Seiko or titan :)

Peace! And thanks everyone for their honourable replies!

Yesh. The color of that watch alone is enough to make your eyes water.

Too many people asking for replies presumably to improve the fakes...
