Breitling galactic woman's watch question ?

I picked up a brand new galactic Sleek 36 for my wife last week. RRP £4060, I paid £2500 with full 5 year warranty.

Govberg jewellers in USA.

Here is a very cheap one on Govberg's eBay site which I used. It's down as used but it is brand new.
