It looks perfectly fine. Also an SS Rolex always looks best on its bracelet.

What's wrong with a 16570 white dial? 40mm and red seconds hand is nicer imho

Not to big. I own (Polar) and a SubC (also TT Datejust). To me, the Polar wears smaller on the wrist than the Sub and gets most of the wrist time-very easy to read and more comforable than the Sub.....but not as comfortable as the DJ.

My first thought when I opened your post was that the size is not at all an issue. It would probably look a little large on me but looks good on your wrist. I don't think this watch looks anything like a fashion watch, particularly this reference.

I have one also, was concerned it would be too big, not at all.
Now when I try on 40mm watches, they look small to me.
Have had many different Rolexes with bands and this has to be the most comfortable of them all on my wrist. You did very well, keep it.

Fashion watch? Give me a break......other watch manufacturers coming out with larger watches. Now a 36mm is considered a woman watch.

Looks perfect but the real question is how does it feel to you? That is the question you want to answer.

Looks great to me! Enjoy that beauty. I wasn't interested in the ExpII until they released it in 42mm and dropped the red for orange.

I have GMTII (40mm), EXPLORERII (42mm) and YMII (44mm)...they all look good. and you can change depending your mood...Size is part of the watch look and you may not always like the same look all the time, but time to time.

This EXPII will be gone soon... If you are asking the Question, you really want to Sell it or trade for a 40mm

Your wife commenting on it, just sealed the deal...

Congrat's on your future incoming!

It looks a tad large to me. I've been thinking about buying the same watch, but my 39mm Explorer is the perfect fit so I'm probably going to pass. I think that in a few years, we'll look back at the giant watch trend and laugh. Wish they would have kept it at 40mm.
