They do but they are more like rare one offs like the Sommazzatori Sea Dweller (16600), COMEX dialed watches (Subs and SD's of both 4 & 5 digit models), the British regiment editions for the SRR (Sub & Exp II) SAS (Exp II) and RN Clearance Divers (DSSD) (engraved casebook & sides in some cases).

Thankfully, no.
Limited editions tend to lead to more and more and yet more limited editions. |

But they do special collaborations with certain ADs? If I recall correctly they launched a platinum day date with Arabic dials in the Middle East?

Would you consider the old co-branded "Tiffany & Co" dials as LE? Probably not...

Pateks with Tiffany dials leave the Patek factory like that, I didn't know Tiffany customised the watches themselves when it comes to Rolex. I'm surprised Rolex kept supplying a store that did such a thing.

The only real limited additions I can recollect is only a few one being a quite recent limited to 300 only was a TOG for Japan market only.Again the other was the vintage Space-dweller again Asian market only. Rolex has made a few limited additions over the years a few commemorated ones like the Panama canal watches. But in general Rolex is in the market to sell vast numbers of watches around 800000- 900000 a year.

Both Rolex & Tiffany stamped "Tiffany" on the dial, however Rolex stopped the practice in the '90's and effectively stopped Tiffany from carrying on, by not honouring any warrantees if Tiffany continued to sign the dial. Thus Tiffany stopped selling Rolex.
In Rolex's favour I imagine. Patek allows the Tiffany co-branding to continue due to the long established standing, as Tiffany were the original importers of Patek to the USA. |

Omega is out of control with the Limited Editions. Looks like they will release a "Speedy Tuesday" model every year, some kind of Moonwatch tribute model regularly, and probably some other LEs. Even with Omega's stories history with the Space Program and NASA, you can take it too far. Omega has.
