Very helpful bezel change tool
I've owned my pepsi 16710 for a little more than a month and just barely got the courage to see how easy or difficult it was to swap inserts (I was afraid to put a scratch on it since I bought it in excellent condition).
Anyways, I got my answer: It was EASY, due to this great piece of plastic I totally forgot I had in my drawer. A few months back I replaced the battery in my iPhone with the kit from ifixit and included was their pry tool which turned out perfect for removing the bezel! Probably only took a minute or two for the swap https://www.ifixit.com/Store/Tools/i...ol/IF145-335-2 |

Hmm. Good to know. I was thinking of changing mine up to Pepsi for the summer and wanted to give it a go myself. Thanks for sharing.

Looks ideal for the job. I used a knife the first time and it made me sweat. No damage but never again.

I use a plastic pry bar so it doesn't mar the case. You can also do the removal in a shoe box so the click spring doesnt' disappear on you.

Nice work! I just did the same thing this past week but I used the Snap-On tool pictured. Was very easy, I just need to try and stick with 1 bezel for a while as to not overdue it.

That does look like a perfect tool for this. I had mine done by a watch repair guy with a Rolex account and I've been too chicken to try it on my own ever since.
Did you have any issues with the inserts not seating easily into the bezel? Or problems with the little spring coming out? |

Interesting. I wouldn't have even thought about putting the insert into the bezel AFTER installing the bezel.
