Return date approaching! Help me decide if this watch 16570 is all rolex!

Hello, I bought this Explorer II Polar U-serial 1998. I only have a couple days left before the return window closes.

I want to confirm if this watch is all Rolex or not.

Here are my concerns

-When under high power microscope the O on Rolex has protruding dot on the bottom left hand side.

-The medial side of the hour and minute hand looks like it fading (Aftermarket or fake hands?)

-The cyclop seems to be a little short of 2.5x compare to my Submariner date

-The hands lume does not match the hour marker lume.

Please take a look and give me a definitive answer. Cheers!

Watch is 100% ok minus that spring bar which clearly needs to be replaced. It's an older rolex so likely the dial was damaged during a routine service and that's what you're seeing.

Am I having deja vu or is this like your fourth post on the same exact topic? Take it to an AD if you want a definitive answer.

Send it back. It seems to be killing you to own it, whether it's real or not.
