Not that I think people shouldn't gain from their "luck of the draw" in this case that is a nice thing to see.

I wondered if there was some type of long term relationship with the boyfriend and the Newman family. This shows that even if it is the first time they have come into contact in decades there is a connection.

I'm proud of that person and I hope that I would act similarly given similar circumstances.
