A 78363 Oyster would have an all stainless clasp with no lock. When they went to the SEL 78363A, at some point they did use a gold-through clasp with flip. The 78793 GMT clasp would have been on a non-SEL bracelet
So, it may have looked like it does but with matching numbers. My personal feeling based on your pics is that this bracelet and clasp were not original to the watch.
