A funny little history about the LV SUB>>>
When I was at the Basel Show in 2003 and see the LV SUB for the first time it looks
real strange to me. When I come home and follow the talk about it at different forums so did I realize there are guys that will kill to get one. I know it will take at least 6 months before it hit the market so maybe I can set something up about it. So I made this cover. And then I have put gasoline at the fire. I got it removed from some sites, I got a mail from InSync and I got tons of mails from guys that will get the magazine. They have check for it everywhere without success. InSync have got plenty of phone calls and mails and was not happy about it. Then people start talk about the new movement. There where guys in Asia that have seen it in flesh, so they swear it was real. At that time I was not so "famous" as I are today, now when I do something no one will believe it´s true. But at that time I still could fool some guys out there. Now it´s history but it was real fun at that time. I hope it still is fun, it made me some great laughs. Jocke

So this was the story! I never got it, since I was pretty much absent from the forums during those years (had other things to focus on). People still ask what happened to you over at "that other forum", but you read that yourself of course.
I have been following watch forums pretty much since the birth if the web browsers, when it was a true mystery how to post pictures. I think your story (stories) are funny, and I guess it says more about the people banning you "over there", than it says about you. Pls continue your photo stories, and fun posts - mixed with some remarkble knowledge. Best, A (not on top when it comes to post count... but been around for a long time... ) |

Especially from Jocke...

I was impressed by the blue crystal milgauss we had here before this years show.
That fooled a bunch of people. Any idea who posted it? J |
