Oyster Perpetual 76080 v 176200

Can anyone enlightment me about the differences between the 76080 and the newer 176200 ladies OP?
Also is it possible to get the dial changed on these models by Rolex UK?

(Sorry its not a question about a sports model! )

The 76080 is the 24mm model with the older tapered lugs.

The 176200 will be a 26mm model with the slightly thicker lugs (block case)

I have a feeling that the 176200 dial is larger by a couple of mm's

If we are to assume that the official Rolex catalog displays the watches
in actual/real size, the above is correct.

Thanks for the info.
It also seems that the 176200 has been COSC'd. Althought I dont know if the actual movement is different between these watches.
