Your Rolex and your smokers
Well, there's multiple threads of those with their Rolexes and other vices, and passions.
One of my other hobbies is smoking meats and the art of charcuterie. Here is a quick shot of tonight's dinner I just put on. This is my GMG Jim Bowie for those larger cooks. I also have a couple BGE on the deck. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

No pictures at the moment, but I use a Weber Smokey Mountain.
I keep thinking I should get a Speedmaster for timing cooks. Seems perfectly logical to me, though my wife doesn't see the need.

Your Rolex and your smokers

I do too. I have a Large and a mini for those quick weekday cooks. I picked up the pellet grill to add another type of cooker, but to also be able to do larger volume of smoking. All my friends want regular runs of pulled pork. Lol. I can fit 7-8 butts. I just noticed the table. I have the exact same one. Even the colours. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
