Your Rolex and your smokers

Well, there's multiple threads of those with their Rolexes and other vices, and passions.

One of my other hobbies is smoking meats and the art of charcuterie.

Here is a quick shot of tonight's dinner I just put on.
This is my GMG Jim Bowie for those larger cooks. I also have a couple BGE on the deck.

No pictures at the moment, but I use a Weber Smokey Mountain.

I keep thinking I should get a Speedmaster for timing cooks. Seems perfectly logical to me, though my wife doesn't see the need.
