To me the WG Daytona was pretty similar to the AP titanium in what I was looking for in my next watch. I wanted another chronograph, I wanted a grey-ish dial, I wanted contrasting sub dials, a rubber strap, and it had to be able to be an everyday wear type of piece. Both the Daytona and the Titanium fit that description. The Daytona has always been on the extreme small side for my personal comfort level where as the AP is toward the top end to my comfort level. Both are great watches, but I decided to add another AP instead of the Daytona.

The titanium is definitely a very light piece and that was the first thing I noticed when picking it up for the first time especially compared to the RG 44. Although both of my 44’s have the same shaped case, I do believe that the titanium and RG are far more different from each other visually than say a GMT and a Sub. Because of that I think my two 44’s are going to play very well together. One is more of an everyday piece and the other is more of an occasion/statement piece. My other watches are going to struggle for wrist time with these two.
Great duo!

Do you still find time to wear your diver?

What a coincidence! Question for you, would you rather have your diver as a daily over the 15400?

diver for me, but for most i would guess a 15400 is a better daily choice.
I love the 15400 but its slightly too dressy for me most of the time as I dress very casual and i prefer rubber straps for comfort. I have the silver dial though so i think its the most dressy dial color.

Very nice duo I don't blame you for choosing that. It's funny how we use any excuse to justify owning a watch lol a gold watch we buy because it has a nice heft the Ti because it's light

Congrats! Beautiful pair you fit there.

Wondering why you didn't consider the ceramic 44?

1. I still have not seen the new CE in person though I'm sure i will love it as i love all the pics

2. The dial on the new CE is too similar to the dial on the new RG. Since i have the new dial RG (and prefer it my a mile over the old dial), the black on black dial of the CE is too similar to what i already have.

3. The Anthracite CE is too similar in dial color to the Ti. In that case i prefer the Ti and don't really think 2 grey dialed watches would go well in my collection. So for me Ti wins over Anthracite CE

4. The CE diver is my favorite ceramic offshore which i would like to get at some point and i don't ever see myself having 2 ceramic AP Offshore's, maybe a full ceramic RO + an offshore though.

Yeah, i thought about all the options a lot
