You must be a repeat customer if you're being treated well and recommending them?! I've walked into this place 2 times in my life (couple weeks ago and several years ago) and both time they could hardly give me the time of day. Particularly the guy named Chucky there, what a douche. I walked in ready to buy a SS GMT or Sub and he couldnt get rid of me fast enough it seemed (because he didn't have any in stock). Like walking into a room of Caveman with their manners.

Called another store 20 minutes later and put a deposit on an order. I also spoke on the phone with Montreal's other AD (Bijouterie Italienne), spoke to Savan , he was super nice and accomodating. Offered to put me on the waitlist for another model i wanted without hesitation. Good ole chucky wouldn't even mention a waitlist until i brought it up , and told me sure, if i was ready to put a 50% down payment (for something that could take a year).

And needless to say Chateau d'Ivoire will never discount a SS Rolex, Italienne was open to discussing in person price if it was a non waitlist model (even if not currently in inventory)

Not true on that. I got 18% off my SS and I don't live in the province.

Thats funny, Chuky is the one I deal with and one of the owners...your right that I am a multiple repeat customer, but to be a repeat customer you need to start with buying one...maybe you gave off a bad vibe or attitude, because I never had an issue and get quite the discounts on all Rolex. Oh well

Lol, would be the first time someone gets a bad vibe from me. Unless walking in with jeans and a polo and not one of my versace suits is what gives off a bad vibe to him. Shocking to hear he is one of the owners, though i guess that could be what puts him on a high horse
