Six Rolexes spanning 35+ years, and zero trips back for any warranty service. Thank goodness most did not have an engraved rehaut otherwise no telling how many service adjustments for mis-aligned crowns would have been warranted!

I have limited experience with Rolexes, but have had to service an Omega, a Cartier and a Graham under warranty....better luck since then, I'm glad to report!

I have had several and have never used the warranty, but, TBO, I've only had one watch that I needed to send in for a warranty repair. It was a Breitling with their inhouse B01 movement.

Used it to have my GMTIIc fixed, it was gaining time at very random intervals, some days nothing, some days 30 seconds....no consistent predictable cause, just strange.

The RSC had it about a week, in which time they changed 1 part I am told (but didn't tell me which part), and then they monitored it for a few days, then once back with me and she is ticking very well, hardly gains any time at all, not sure why I waited so long to get it done, all under warranty too, luckily I reacted when I did as the warranty is nearing its end (i think.)

Watch should now hopefully give me a good number of years extra again without needing a service or anything.
