Montblanc Agatha Christy ball pen. Black with snake head clip. From the writers series ca. 1994. I had purchased same: new when first presented. Some time later I sold it. Then shortly regretted that decision. Very popular issue; so when I finally saw, after some thirteen years, this offering. I jumped on it.
