Thoughts on Ressence?

Hi everyone! Curious for your thoughts on Ressence. Let's assume that we all agree that the design is incredible (and if you disagree, totally respect you, but this probably isn't the thread for you ) - my concern is around residual value. I'm always OK putting money into Rolex, because, worst case scenario, I can get at least 60-70% back out. Usually more. Ressence is really a confusing beast on the second hand market. They can rarely be found, for one, and when they can, the pricing is all over the map. What do you guys think? Anyone here own one?

I think they are cool watches but I dont see myself ever buying one. I think the novelty would wear off pretty quickly

A cool brand but not for me, not a hater just I don't like the way it tells time.

Don't buy watches for residual value.

Problem solved.

Secondary market for ressence is stabilizing a bit. Just takes time because the brand is relatively new and they sell so few pieces.

Cool watch but appeals to a very small group IMO. If you have to sell will take a huge hit so you better love it

Very cool watches but way out of my budget.

Some interesting designs, but nothing I'd buy.

I own a type 1 and bought a type 1 squared. Love love the watches to wear and look at. A total original. I assume zero residual value, however...
