Reviving a few month old thread. Yes I have had them service a Daytona 16523. Service was excellent. Their turnaround time was as promised and the watch came back holding to +/-2seconds a day.
They have my business on any futures services I will need.

I am local so I stopped and dropped off the watch and picked it back up. They also worked on a reverso to correct a messed up hand at no charge. That's excellent service.
