Icon4 my new BEAST!!!! watch pictures

Hi all, some of you may remember i bout a Hamilton Khaki Navy GMT about a month ago , well there was a problem with it, the case had been chipped and i did not notice at first. So I sent it back. Anyway today i was in the city center and an AD has Hamilton, only a couple of companies in Scotland stock them- and this model was just crying out for me to buy it!!! But it was over double the price of the last one.
I went in, discussed Hamilton and the watch in question with the supervisor and they also told me they are getting Ball Watch in too. So I tried it on and wow- i had to have it.
I was bargaining at my best - and got 12.5 % off- first time ever in a UK AD for me

44mm case, chronograph, Tachymiler, swiss ETA movement. The white face contrasts beautifully to the black bezel

A happy day- a great watch at a good price and perfect and very knowledgeable service (which always makes it better IMHO)

Anyway here are some pics- the wrist shot was with the flash, so not great and the one of the caseback still has some sticky stuff from the sticker on it

Toph,

Congratulations, it looks great on you! A great addition to you ever increasing collection.

Is that a modified ETA Valjoux 7750 in your new Hamilton?

It is indeed an ETA Valjoux 7750 movement

Chris:

Nice new picture of you. You make a lovely couple.

Nice watch. You'll love the 7750. It's a little noisy but very reliable and accurate.

Thanks Terry-
I hope your well, been missing your posts lately

It sounds the same as a Breitling I used to have - but I cannot remember if that was also a Valjoux 7750 or not? I love that noise when you shake it a little- you know its winding

Very nice watch! Is it a right-hander that you wear left? Or am I just babbling?
